Telegram alerts
How do I turn on Telegram alerts?
- Open your account page and find Telegram alerts.
- Press Connect Telegram. The chat with the bot opens with a one-time code already typed in — just press Start.
- Come back to the account page and tick the symbols you want.
If the chat did not open, your browser blocked the popup. Use the link shown under the button instead.
I connected the bot but nothing arrives
Three reasons, in the order they actually happen:
- No symbols ticked. Nothing is selected by default — a bot that pushes to your phone should stay quiet until asked. Tick at least one on the account page.
- No subscription. Alerts are part of the paid plan. On the free plan markers arrive on the chart 24 hours later, and no message is sent.
- Nothing has happened yet. A marker is not a heartbeat. On a quiet week an instrument can go days without one, and over a weekend the FX market is closed entirely.
Can I choose symbols by writing to the bot?
No — the bot only takes /symbols, /stop and
/help. Symbols are chosen on the account page so there is one
list rather than two that can disagree.
How do I stop the alerts?
Send /stop to the bot, or press Disconnect Telegram
on the account page. Both take effect immediately and neither touches your
subscription — you keep the markers on the chart.
Subscription and payment
How do I cancel?
Account page → Manage or cancel subscription. That opens the billing page of Whop, who took the payment, where cancelling is one button.
You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling on day 2 of a month does not cut you off on day 2.
Who charges my card?
Whop Inc., as merchant of record. The line on your statement is theirs, not ours, and they handle tax. We never see your card number.
Do you offer refunds?
See the refund page for the terms. Practically: if something on our side did not work, write to support@turnmarks.com and say what happened — that is a faster route than a dispute, for both of us.
I bought on Whop but the site still says Free plan
Purchases give you a licence key that has to be attached to your account once. Open your account page, paste the key into Already bought on Whop? and press Activate. The key is in your Whop account under your purchases.
Account
I forgot my password
Use Forgot password on the sign-in form. The link we email is valid for one hour and can be used once. Completing a reset signs out every other device, which is the point of it.
How do I change my email address?
Account page → Email. We send a confirmation to the new address and change nothing until you click it, so a typo cannot lock you out. The old address keeps working in the meantime.
How do I delete my account?
Account page → Delete account. It asks for your password and for the word DELETE, because it cannot be undone. Cancel any active subscription first — deleting the account here would not stop the recurring charge, which lives with the payment provider.
Reading the chart
What do the colours mean?
yellow a marker that has just appeared and is not confirmed yet. green and red — the next bar traded through the marker's level, up or down respectively.
Roughly a third of markers end up confirmed. That is the definition being strict, not a fault: confirmation demands a clean break of the bar's extreme on the very next bar.
Why is my chart 24 hours behind?
That is the free plan. Everything is there, just delayed by a day. A subscription removes the delay and adds Telegram alerts.
What are the numbers under the symbol selector?
A description of what price did after past confirmed markers on that instrument, measured in R — the height of the marker's own bar, which is the risk a stop at its other end implies. It is a historical description, not a forecast and not a claim about what you would have earned.
Which timeframe do you use?
One hour, on all 13 instruments. The session runs 07:00–20:00 in the broker's clock, whose midnight is the 17:00 New York rollover — the real boundary of the FX trading day.
Data
Where does the price data come from?
A live MetaTrader 5 terminal on a broker feed, pulled every hour. Bars are stored in UTC; your browser displays them in your own local time.
The chart looks stale
Check the day first — FX closes from Friday evening to Sunday evening, and no new bars means no new markers. If it is midweek and hours have passed, tell us at support@turnmarks.com; we watch the feed automatically but a report from a user is faster than any monitor.
