Turnmarks

Cancellation and refunds

Last updated 8 August 2026.

Try it without paying

The free plan shows every marker on every one of the 13 instruments, delayed by up to 24 hours. It never expires and needs no card. Nobody has to buy this product to find out what it does — which is the point, and the reason the rest of this page is short.

How to cancel

Open your account page and press Manage or cancel subscription. That takes you to the billing page of Whop, who took the payment, where cancelling is one button.

You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling on day 2 of a month does not cut you off on day 2 — it stops the next charge. Nothing renews after that.

Deleting your Turnmarks account does not cancel the subscription: the recurring charge lives with the payment provider. Cancel first, then delete.

Who to ask for a refund

Whop Inc. is the merchant of record. They are the seller for the payment itself, they charged your card, and their refund terms govern the transaction. A refund is therefore theirs to issue.

Write to us anyway, at support@turnmarks.com. If the problem is ours we would rather fix it or refund it than have you fight with a payment page, and we can ask Whop on your behalf.

When we will refund

We will support a refund request without argument if:

When we will not

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA

Statutory withdrawal rights for digital services, where they apply to your purchase, are handled by Whop as the seller of record, under their terms and the law of your country of residence. Nothing on this page removes a right you have by law.

Before you open a chargeback

Please email support@turnmarks.com first. A chargeback on USD 14.99 takes weeks, is decided by people who have never seen the product, and costs both sides more than the amount in dispute. A message to us is read by a person, usually the same day.
