Up to two rows per market, one for each side of price. Each row is a forecast: the zone price is expected to come back into, which way it should turn there, the band it should then reach, and where it stands now. A forecast is followed from one reading to the next until it reaches its band, its zone breaks, or price never comes back, so a row can be a day old and still be the current answer.
