Equal highs and lows

Two consecutive confirmed swings of the same type whose extremes sit within a stated tolerance of one another. One parameter, and it is named on every event.

What it looks like on a chart

A horizontal line at the shared level, drawn forward from the bar that confirmed the second swing.
